Turkey Recipe with Pam’s Spice
Method
- Clean and prepare your turkey
- Use about 100 g of Pam’s Spices Classic Mix as a dry rub, all over the surface and inside of the turkey. Stuff the spice generously inside
- Cover the turkey and let it marinate for at least eight hours in the fridge for maximum taste.
- Cook the turkey in the oven at the recommended temperature and time.
Please note:
You can cook the turkey without letting it marinate for as long as above; however, the best results will be prolonged marinating.
