Turkey Recipe with Pam’s Spice

Method

  1. Clean and prepare your turkey
  2. Use about 100 g of Pam’s Spices Classic Mix as a dry rub, all over the surface and inside of the turkey. Stuff the spice generously inside
  3. Cover the turkey and let it marinate for at least eight hours in the fridge for maximum taste.
  4. Cook the turkey in the oven at the recommended temperature and time.

Please note:
You can cook the turkey without letting it marinate for as long as above; however, the best results will be prolonged marinating.
